Your instructor will be leading you through a class which matches breath with movement through a series of fun and challenging yoga poses. The class is perfect for all levels of yogis!
Classes start at 9am at OYB Abbotsford and run until 10am, which also happens to be the start of brunch so stick around after and reward yourself for a great start to the day 🥞
Please arrive at 8:45am to get settled before the start of class.
